Reservations

1. The first step would be for you to contact us for availability, the number in your party, the dates desired and the arrival & departs dates and time.

2. We would advise you as to a deposit which, of course, would be applied to your final bill. (Normally $100.00 for weekend or weekly stays, and $50.00 for daily reservations, but full payment may be required for reservations during holidays, special local events, or large groups.

3.You would then need to respond within 24 hours to hold your reservation. You can mail your deposit by check or money order payable to Beaver Creek Retreat, HC 82 Box 220A, Marlinton, WV 24954 or you can pay online with PayPal. Click here to pay online.

4. We can confirm your reservations by E-mail or phone.

5. Reservations may be made up to a year in advance for weekly stays however we cannot make refunds for any downpayment or reservations if we cannot rent the accomodations for your scheduled reservation.
